As an adult with ADHD, and also trying to raise twin sons with ADHD, I find this podcast so refreshing in all the negativity we face daily. TC focuses on helping adults cope with ADHD challenges. The banter between Pete, who has ADHD, and Nicky, who understands how to interact and enjoy a person with ADHD, is spontaneous, funny, and informative.
