A mindful perspective on mindfulness
I'm a recent fan of Tara and I find her talks extremely helpful. She digs into the actual detail of the practice of presentness with a pragmatic sense of how it works out in reality, giving examples and metaphors, separating meanings and experiences with such clarity that after each talk one feels "untangled". And of course, always ending the talk with a meditation. This is truly a mindful view of mindfulness and there is real substance packed in every minute of each talk.
