Solutions-oriented and adult-centric
I love this podcast, which filled a massive self-care sized hole that used to exist in the ADHD podcast universe. This podcast is focused on helping women with late diagnoses deploy strategies to ameliorate neurodivergence-driven symptoms we used to think were personal failings. Mindblowing in the best possible way. I get a little hit of dopamine every time I see a new episode post! Thank you.
