Best evidence based podcast on health and fitness!
Couldn’t recommend this podcast more. Emma and Chloe absolutely know their S-H-I-T regarding training and nutrition but both have SO much invaluable advice on behavior change that most other coaches don’t!! Well worth a listen 😍

I love love love the EC method podcasts. I’ve found them so informative, full of really actionable tips & all explained really well.
