Changed my life
As cheesy as it sounds, this podcast changed my life. I came here looking for a quick fix answer to all my nutritional and training problems and actually have ended up with 2 mentors that have totally changed my mindset towards fat loss, training and mental health. I have tried every diet known to man, every fad, every training style. Recently over the past year, before I even found the EC method, I managed to lose 5 stone. But I was finding myself slipping back into old habits, like self sabotaging my training sessions or overeating and over restricting my calories and macros. After a few episodes of this podcast a few things were very clear… 1. this was the missing piece to my health “puzzle” 2. I was so overloaded with myths, misinformation, marketing ploys, social media rumours and downright lies from uneducated sources in the health and fitness industry that my brain was scrambled and didn’t know which way to turn anymore! 3. Chloe Madeley and Emma Storey-Gordon KNOW THEIR STUFF! They are so well educated on ALL areas of the body, training, nutrition, etc and articulate their knowledge so well that even beginners would find it easy to understand and make changes to their lives. 4. This podcast, along with the programme and Facebook group that go with it, although they are not all needed to get amazing benefits from the podcasts, they do work so perfectly together and compliment each other like a perfect waltz. I would recommend 100% listening to the podcasts and, when ready, signing up for the programme, even for just one round out of curiosity! 5. I was not going to get a quick fix, I was getting the whole package to change the rest of my life. And boooooooy have I?! In just a few weeks I have made decisions that I know will impact, in a positive way, my life and my kids lives. My career is no longer a grey area, my kitchen is no longer a room to feel lost and guilty in, my mirror is no longer something I avoid looking at and my scales aren’t the enemy anymore. I have a long way to go, but I’ve come so far already and a big part of that is thanks to stumbling across this podcast and it’s amazing hosts. Chloe and Emma have a groupie for life… Thank you xxx
