I began listening to these guys and weighed 213.5lbs. After a month of adding the advice they gave to my life I am down 20.2lbs. Will always listen to them!

I had already been doing OMAD for about a month when I started listening. 5 weeks in, I’m about 8.2kg (18lb) down. Not very interested in fasting more than 30hrs.
