Really easy to follow
I haven’t tried the programs yet but I’m listening to the podcasts and feel motivated to give this a try. I’m 48 work in production which is sitting down for 14 hrs a day, enjoy wine and pizza on Friday and am the biggest I have ever been. I need to do something as it is making me depressed. In my 20-30’s I was always a slim build and could eat what I wanted . It’s all changed I land I don’t recognize myself anymore . I’m going to try this in a few weeks and then write another review of how I get on - but so far loving the podcasts 😀

Informative but very repetitive. Each week they talk about the same thing….hormones, foods to avoid and the lingo is the same. After a few podcasts I couldn’t bear to hear it anymore. Such a shame as the premise is good.

There are tons of fitness podcasts out there but the are all very generic and focused on the “science” of losing weight... Ben and Rob tell it like it is and explain in simple terms how you can stop self-sabotaging and start seeing results and feeling more positive without having a PHD in nutrition!

16lbs lost - a decision made in Lockdown but really pleased to have signed up. This has made me re-asses those long time habits around food and “convenience” Weekly checkins help answer any queries and motivate. Link to great calorie counting app too.
