I love this podcast! Not just because I’m 50 and perimenopausal, and all the topics are relevant. But because I really learn something. Each episode covers the WHY behind what I’m experiencing which is so helpful. Highly recommend!

Informative but very repetitive. Each week they talk about the same thing….hormones, foods to avoid and the lingo is the same. After a few podcasts I couldn’t bear to hear it anymore. Such a shame as the premise is good.

There are tons of fitness podcasts out there but the are all very generic and focused on the “science” of losing weight... Ben and Rob tell it like it is and explain in simple terms how you can stop self-sabotaging and start seeing results and feeling more positive without having a PHD in nutrition!
