Great support and advice
These podcasts offer lots of practical advice and explanations of what this approach involves and why it works when other things don’t. Good to dip in and out of or to pick particular topics as and when you feel like it or when you need more in depth info. You don’t have to join the programme to benefit from them but as a supplement to that it really helps. I joined the programme in early December and lost 5 pounds in the first four weeks, including enjoying a Christmas Day feast and several meals out. I go back and listen to tips and solutions when I need a boost.

These guys are down to earth. They give good tips and ideas. It was helpful that they shared challenges and successes from their own lives.

Informative but very repetitive. Each week they talk about the same thing….hormones, foods to avoid and the lingo is the same. After a few podcasts I couldn’t bear to hear it anymore. Such a shame as the premise is good.
