First time listener to Karl’s podcasts. Really enjoyed the simplicity of these 10 steps. Will definitely incorporate some of the steps into my daily routine. Great advice too on healthy snacking mid-mornings & afternoons which can be my downfall. Looking forward to next week’s & catching up with previous podcasts.

Love this podcast. When I’m getting in a fitness/health slump I listen to it and feel more positive and energized about getting back to training etc. love the 10 tips episodes in particular.
