Last year I published an episode to try and define the word 'regeneration'. When I went back and listened to it recently, I realized it was too heady. And dense. It left me feeling like it needed an update. There are many different perspectives on regeneration, but in its most basic form, regeneration is about creating mutual benefit and harmony in relationships. We can do this by using our most intelligent tool: the heart.

When we can learn to tune ourselves to our environment, we can actually experience regeneration through our senses rather than through an intellectual lens only.
