Entertaining, motivating and enlightening
This is a consistently good podcast. Most times, I end up skipping some episodes on other podcasts, but I haven't missed a single on in this one. I am an amateur climber, and this podcast has most definitely given me a sense of direction with regards to what I'm doing with regards to my training and diet, and what I could do to improve and basically be a competent climber; in my eyes atleast. Also, the interviews are entertaining during my long commutes to work. Haven't tried any of the plans yet, but this podcast has absolutely maintained my enthusiasm for training in order to be a better climber. Thanks for this Podcast Neeley.Read full review »
