I love these episodes, I work as a seamstress so I’m sitting most of the day and listening to you has gotten me back to my fitness. 2 years ago I lost and kept off 100 pounds. Not healthily I’ll admit but I did keep it off in a healthier way. Now I’m trying to lose 60 more pounds.
