I love this podcast so much! If I could rate it higher I would! I’ve been listening regularly for about 2 months now, and just having this and listening to it has done so much to educate me and keep me motivated to work out. Thank you for being real. Sometimes we just need the raw truth in our face to get ourselves to wake up. Practical, easy and common sense information. Easy to understand not only the information on the podcast, but also the workouts.
