I’m not 100% vegan, but I love fitness and eating healthy plant based food/protein
Great podcast, great information, motivation and positive teaching about how to energize and strengthen your body with plant based food, and how to get the most out of your food to use it to build strong, and lean bodies and optimize your workouts!! I’m totally on board, I’m vegetarian (I eat eggs and honey still) but most of my protein comes from plant based sources- tofu, protein shakes, beans, lentils, legumes, veggie burgers and other pre-made meat substitutes. I love working out too, so I’m always looking for ways to combine nutrition and exercise to optimize my progress and gains!! Thanks, I enjoy listening, keep it up!
