Rare combination of fitness, health and reduced animal product consumption
It’s relatively easy to find advice on how to be healthy on a plant-forward diet. It’s harder to get wholistic help on how to build muscle, increase healthspan and practice a diet low in animal products. Personally, I’m vegan, but this podcast is not activist about veganism and is appropriate for people who want to be plant-forward as well. Thank you Fritz!

If you want to learn about vegan fitness this is the podcast for you AND if you want to learn a little bit about the rest of your life this is also for you.

These two brothers are spot on with their information! They show you that you can definitely build the same amount of muscle on a vegan diet as you can on any other bodybuilding diet and they spell out exactly how to do it. They are also very enjoyable to listen to! I’m hooked!
