Exactly what I needed
I’ve been vegetarian for two years and decided it’s time for me to go full time vegan. My fear is I could get fat or not be able to get muscle... so when doing research, I stumbled upon this podcast and man ! It’s like you’re reading my mind. I actually listen to this while in the gym so been learning a lot, especially about nutrition. The episode on Carbs for instance is amazing ! I didn’t know that potatoes and pasta could help with a healthy diet. I’m so happy I found this, it’s gonna be a great companion in my vegan muscle training journey ! Also, Fritz’s accent is so adorable ^^

I just started going to the gym again. To motivate me I was searching for a vegan fitness podcast. It didn’t take long to find it! Really awesome content and I learned a lot from it already! Really recommend listening to it!
