Kirsty Rice keeps it real. I love that she treats all her ‘fatties’ like friends. I really don’t think there is the ‘Insta’ Kirsty and the real Kirsty- it’s her, the real her - and I like what I hear.

I tend to listen to the podcast when I am working in my home country away from my expat home (and life) When everyone thinks you are present when actually a whole part of your life - husband, friends, condo, stuff is carrying on without you especially with enforced Covid separation - being able...Read full review »

Love the show ladies. You’re so awesome and relatable and bring important topics to the table. I give one less star only due to the quality of the sound of the podcast. The sound levels seem to change for each presenter and I find myself having to adjust the volume depending on who’s speaking....Read full review »

I have loved this podcast for many years - Dr Phil drove me to add a review! This is a fantastic podcast that we love to listen to. It has been such a tough 18 months away from family and ‘home’ - your podcast has helped us realize we are not alone ! Thanks for your honesty and transparency!...Read full review »

I'm a bit conflicted... I've loved this podcast and the Facebook group for so long. As a repat (not by choice) I've been living vicariously through this community, longing for what used to be. A few times now I've reacted when you almost ridicule non expats, how they possibly...Read full review »

These two haven’t a clue that their government is using a virus to control its people. Canada and Australia are in lockstep. England is suppose to be as well but when 1 million take to the streets it tends to work. Good luck you two, you are becoming a communist country, it happens.... P.S. the...Read full review »

Thank you! Thank you for carrying on all year through what was probably the hardest year for expats ever. Zoom calls with friend have been ok but what I realise listening to you both (mostly doing my ironing!)is that I really miss in my new country is a proper normal chat with girl friends about all sorts of things, movies, books, the Covid 15! and our shared experiences and dilemmas. My absolute favourite expat platform for over a decade. The “Expat woman” blogpost back in 2010 was an eye opener to my well-tuned expat life. I’ve followed this podcast for years now, from the very first beginnings as I was already a big fan of Kirsty Rice’s blog ‘4 kids, 20 suitcases and a beagle’.
