I can't get enough
Just diagnosed with Inattentive ADHD at 52 mainly because of post menopausal brain changes. It's been a rough road as I look back at surviving this thing called life! Raw feelings that now I share with all of Katy's podcasts. Of course, I was hyper focused at first & listened to many of these podcasts to soothe my ADHD anxiety.
