“I really love and appreciate these yoga nidra practices! I used them nightly when I was experiencing a difficult personal situation and it really helped calm me when I otherwise felt very emotionally and sometimes physically unsafe. Now that I’ve removed myself from that situation, I still enjoy this practice so much and notice on nights I’ve practiced, my sleep number bed usually indicates my heart rate is lower, HRV is higher, and breath rate are all improved for that nights sleep.
