“This is a tremendous podcast. Yesterday, I cycled 50 miles, was a bit tired, and then did the deep relaxation 42 minute Yoga Nidra and felt reinvigorated. The voice here is less robotic than others I have found. There is a playfulness that keeps me focused on the rotation of consciousness; it is super fun, as opposed to something one does just to relieve stress or anxiety. Yoga Nidra moves more quickly than Mindful breathing practices, and so my mind wanders less. The practicing of extremes—pain and then happiness (or light and heavy) are tremendous for focus, same too with the rapid visualizations. I am going to recommend this Podcast to friends!!!”
