Our expectation that the human form will degrade, start to slip up, break down and fall out could be the reason it ends that way. And it could be the subconscious reason that we begin new healthy ways of life, only to abandon them days, weeks or months later. Today, we explore possibilities. The possibility of crafting a new expectation. One that supports longevity and carries us into the healthy, vibrant future we desire.
