Nap Trapped!

Description
Without even talking about being nap trapped, the topic of naps are already a big thing for parents! Encouraging babies and children to get the right amount of sleep in the day can become an obsession – if only to get a full night’s sleep! Being nap trapped is therefore a double-edged sword – on one hand you want your little one to get good restorative sleep, but on the other you also don’t want to be stuck at home or compromise naps because of the school run etc.      In this episode we spoke about:  What being nap trapped even means! Why so many classes and groups seem to be over nap time (spoiler alert – we didn’t have the answer to this one..!) Prioritising what’s important to you and perhaps changing our mindset with regards to naps. Slowing things down and looking at each day to see how that might help to plan naps in. The importance of a pre-nap routine to help our little ones to wind down to sleep. The ever evolving nap schedule (remember that one day there will be no naps!)  Instagram - @bespokefamily   Facebook - @bespokefamily    Our sleep blogs!  ‘Your Guide to...’ (our downloadable webinars) including Sleep - get 25% off any guide with the code ‘PODCAST’  Bespoke Family 1:1 Parent Consultations: https://www.bespokefamily.co.uk/parent-consultations      Hosted on Acast.
