Description
Becks never used a screen for her children at mealtimes, but that was only because she didn’t have a smart phone or ipad when they were little! There is no judgement here and also no need to despair if your children are watching a screen at mealtimes, all is not lost and this podcast will help!  We talked about ...  the reasons we might start letting our children have a screen at mealtime (surely it’s a good thing if the child is eating their food, is calm and isn’t bored?!)   our own screen use – especially at meal times or when our children are eating. how focussing on a screen affects us and the way we eat. the benefits of family mealtimes and conversation. what we can do to help our little ones eat without a screen (and lots of ideas and suggestions for what to do instead!). Instagram - @bespokefamily   Facebook - @bespokefamily    Blog – Screentime and mealtimes...is it OK?  ‘Your Guide to...’ (our downloadable webinars)  get 25% off any guide with the code ‘PODCAST’  Bespoke Family 1:1 Parent Consultations: https://www.bespokefamily.co.uk/parent-consultations      Hosted on Acast.
