I'm not sure what the Lakers anticipated after acquiring Patrick Beverley in a trade. The seasoned guard and Russell Westbrook have a troubled past together that spans many years. They've been criticizing each other all the time, and they're not scared to bring up past grudges. Beverley even referred to Westbrook last season as "garbage" before appearing to hold his tongue to suggest that the former MVP smells right now.
