Strangely addictive
I found this podcast while doing a search for deep dives into 90s music. The first episode I listened to was Odelay by Beck, which they treated fairly and dropped a number of interesting nuggets of info I didn’t know about. The second was Surfer Rosa by Pixies, which they unmitigatedly fumbled. My jaw hit the floor when they mention “this guy named Steve Albini” as if it was the first time they were hearing about him. So I hate listened to a few more episodes, and then a few more, and then a few more (I was on a business trip with 12 hours of driving, lol). And now I can’t stop. Haven’t heard the whole back catalog yet buy I’m probably 2/3rds of the way through it and I find myself really looking forward to each new episode as they drop. Y’all have charmed me. Keep it up!

Takes me back to talking music for hours at the pub. Cool intro and outro music too.
