Transfixed
I was transfixed, amazed and alarmed all at the same time! Even though we think we know this history, you’ve never heard it quite like this before. It’s the same feeling I had when I saw ROOTS almost 40 years ago.. I too was that little girl with the family history project and that unshakable feeling of dread & shame. I’m so thankful to be able to share our story of “the perfectors of this Democracy” with my son & one day my grand children.
