Engrossing
Happy to write the first review. This is a good, enjoyable series. Although dramatised, it’s engrossing and pulls you in. Jeremy Schwartz’s role as Secretary Stanton is a fine performance, although at time he sounds like he’s channeling a highly charged Donald Sutherland at his gravelly best. It’s not long but these are some of the best 20 minutes I’ve heard Only observation is there are some pauses that had me thinking I had a call coming in and the playback had been stopped.

It takes the listener back to a dark time in American history and explains some unknown events to most Americans in the days following President Lincoln’s assassination. Keep up the good work can’t wait to see what you come out with next.

I’m obsessed with this period of time, especially anything related to Abraham Lincoln! Thank you for producing such a well written and produced podcast! I’m binging and will be so sad when it’s over, but I’m sure I’ll just find myself starting all over again! Thank you!!
