“It’s irksome hearing two middle aged family men (Tom, and guest, Yannis,) commenting on women’s bodies and suggesting plus sized models have no place in the industry. As comedians who are talented, and have obviously worked very hard to build a platform, it’s disappointing to hear that platform being used to body shame a model who represents what a lot of American women look like. Both Tom and Yannis have daughters (As does Bert, even though he wasn’t in this episode,) and the lack of awareness of how their words could affect their daughters perceptions of their bodies in the future is concerning. This is such a tired and cheap approach to comedic material, and I know y’all can do better than this.”
