“I’m 14 min into this and there’s just no funny material. I wanted to like this, but whatever chemistry these two hosts have is lost in a podcast. I enjoy stand up and know that it is HARD, but it occurs to me that maybe you have to be there, drinking (and perhaps under the influence of SOMETHING), in the company of others who DO find the material funny, to “get”this. But then I just think the material is just not funny.
I stayed through till the bitter (and oddly abrupt) end and this never got any better. A podcast that doesn’t satisfy is like having a bad meal at a NYC restaurant; there’s no reason to ever come back since there are so many other choices to sample out there.
Lastly, a message to Squarespace and MailChimp: I’m sick of hearing about these advertisers. Both companies are OVER EXPOSED. Enough. You are boring.”
