I’m type 1 diabetic so was wary of starting a low carb/Keto diet but this podcast along with the one they do with the obesity code has given me the confidence to do it. I’m only on day 5 but have had really good blood sugars (tho did have a mild hypo last night so will need to further adjust my insulin) and lost 2lbs so far.”
