Description
A panel discussion on the negotiations of the Treaty featuring former lead negotiators in the Conference on
Disarmament who played key roles in the Treaty’s negotiation. The panel will explore the dynamics that led
to the final Treaty text, including Article XIV, and offer the opportunity to reflect on the current impasse with
regard to the Treaty’s entry into force.
