“I’m a huge Soccer (Futbol, Fußball, etc) fan, as well as a huge CFB fan. The European Super League was proposed by a few people, and gained significant traction. However, many teams and the leagues voted against it. I fear college football is heading that direction, as does many others. Why doesn’t CFB do the same? For example, in the PL, Liverpool and other large clubs voted against it along with the small clubs, mainly to maintain local ties and rivalries. Is CFB that money hungry? As y’all have talked about, regional rivalries is what makes college football.”
