The conversations I’ve been missing
I arrived late to the Podcast party but since arriving I’ve been enjoying trying on different podcasts. I’ve found a couple I listen to regularly. I was introduced to Neil while listening to the Holderness Family podcast. I was intrigued by the idea of his 3 Books podcast so I decided to have a listen. Like I do with books, I started at the beginning and I have not stopped. I have completed seven chapters so far but completely envision coming along for the entirety of the journey. As a stay at home mom whose focus is on the health, well-being and development of our family, sometimes my own intellectual evolution becomes overshadowed. Listening to this podcast has stirred within me a passion for reading that had been pushed aside by obligations, responsibilities and technology. Listening to this podcast has lead to me consciously decide to put down the phone and pick up a book instead when I have down time. Not only does my brain (and spirit) benefit but seeing mommy reading instead of scrolling will underscore to my daughter the magic and power of books! Thank you for this podcast and this quest you have taken up… I (and hopefully my daughter and anyone else I can enlist) will fall in line with you!

More reviews of 3 Books With Neil Pasricha
Neil's interviews are detailed, researched and truly fun to listen to. I can't imagine that he can keep this up, but while he does, keep listening. 3 Books raises the bar.Read full review »

Although it may appear to the naked eye that I spent my evening making soup in my kitchen, in fact I was with Neil Pasricha and Seth Godin in the latter's studio in Hastings-on-Hudson, New York talking about books. In this ranging conversation that traverssed the self help genre, the future...Read full review »
