“Found this when Elyse was a guest on Dungeons and Daddies and it sounded like a great new pod for me, however:
- The script makes this very canned and hard to listen to
- Jokes are cringe
- Constantly apologizing for morbidity to the point of straying away from it on a pod with morbid in the name
BIGGEST ISSUE, for me personally: the shallowness of the content, I get they are quick episodes but they touch on very interesting stuff for about 3 seconds each, each episode skates over what could be 5 separate episodes if they bothered to do some research. I know a lot of these fun morbid facts already, I came for the full story, the flesh out, and just got… more fun facts I already knew.”
