A lovely podcast with a lot of potential
I love the concept of the podcast and really enjoy both the hosts. Honestly, I wish it was “60 Morbid Minutes” just because I’d like even more time to learn about the topics and go a bit further in depth. As for some constructive feedback/suggestions. In my opinion, I think that given the atmospheric nature of the show, it might benefit by having some low level music edited in throughout the entire discussion. Another podcast in the RT network that does a similar thing is Red Web, and I’ve always enjoyed the music they have in the background and how it suddenly stops when a joke suddenly lightens the mood. It would be a great fit for the atmosphere of the podcast as well as the dynamic Elyse and Jessica have. I also think that hook at the beginning of each episode could be just a little bit longer to help grab the audiences attention and bring the listener into the right mindset. For example, in the Death on Mount Everest episode you could say “Every year hundreds of intrepid climbers attempt to summit the world’s highest mountain, but the path to the peak is perilous and some don’t ever come back from it. Have you ever thought about what happens to the hikers who don’t survive the harrowing climb up Mount Everest? Welcome to 30 Morbid Minutes.” Thanks for the wonderful podcast you two; I can’t wait to listen to more episodes!

Pretty good podcast but I wish they would stop talking about lord of the rings and Harry power as it has nothing to do with the described content.
