What Doesn’t Work
Say what you want on your podcast but your company is not practicing what you are preaching. I’m trying to help a friend. Evernest purchased the company she was using to manage her home. She has received incorrect 1099’s, been charged for another property owners repairs and we cannot get anyone from Matthews’s company to help us. With many struggles, I have reached someone named Alex by text and I did have the Northern VA director of operations respond to one email after I tracked down her cell number since she is a realtor and we know how realtor’s like to promote themselves! But when I replied with additional questions and information I was ghosted. Matthew- please talk to your team in Northern Virginia about customer service and please do not expand your company until you can service the properties that you currently have under contract. Thanks for listening!
