She has received incorrect 1099’s, been charged for another property owners repairs and we cannot get anyone from Matthews’s company to help us. With many struggles, I have reached someone named Alex by text and I did have the Northern VA director of operations respond to one email after I tracked down her cell number since she is a realtor and we know how realtor’s like to promote themselves! But when I replied with additional questions and information I was ghosted.
