“I want to say that I love Bill and Ari. I even love what I don’t like about them. I am a psychotherapist and I want Ari to know that while people say they are annoyed with you or don’t like your takes, they need you to be able to enjoy their discontent. All OSU fans are narcissistic in the sense that if you aren’t joining us in inflating the OSU ego you are poking at our inner most fear that we aren’t ever going to be good enough. Ari says the things that many dare not say and is punished for it. Bill balances the system by soothing the ego of the fan with calm but honest reflections that allow us to integrate Ari’s opinions into the larger context providing a path for us to ease our anxieties without avoiding the truth.
