“As I’m typing this, Brian Hartline just landed a third top-50 player for the class of 2023. Whatever little doubt remained that Hartline wasn’t the best position recruiter in college football is surely gone by now. My question is: how long is Hartline’s success sustainable for him to remain the WR coach at Ohio State? You guys have discussed this very question before, but it seems like Ohio State is going to have to keep pulling up the Brinks truck to keep Hartline around. Will they keep doing so until Ryan Day moves on? Will Hartline become a perennial assistant and stay as the WRs coach at tOSU for a decade plus? Or will he jump for an offensive coordinator/head coaching job soon? Thanks guys - from subscriber Campbell S.”
