Cam and Miss E learn a valuable lesson in real time on this week's episode: Just like you should never go to the grocery store hungry, you should never try to do a podcast with dessert staring you in the face. The pair have plenty of fall treats and tales from the 40 Acres, but no more tomato wine (at least for the moment).

Ever since Donald Trump entered the Republican primary in 2015, there've been fights between various factions of the Right, each proclaiming themselves to be the true keeper of the conservative flame. Cam digs in to the 1965 New York mayoral election, featuring the Republican John Lindsay and the Conservative William F. Buckley and finds some surprising commonalities between then and now.
