“Please, for the love of God. Never, use David Begnaud again. The most recent episode was horrendous, his shouty narration was so unbearable it made me pine for Erin Moriarty. I don’t know how I made it through the episode, it was just him shouting at the audience. I still have no idea who killed who and what the episode was about as it was just a mess of shouting and no clear narrative. As someone who has been watching 48 hours for almost 30 years I can tell you that the reason people like myself stick with the show is because of reporters like Peter Van Sant, Richard Schlesinger, Maureen Maher (et al) and dare I say it, even Erin Moriarty. These people know how to tell a story/report succinctly. 48 Hours is a five star show but I can’t with good conscious give you five stars when you palm us off with guests like David Begnaud.”

“I agree with the previous reviewer. The podcast audio is too soft and the advertisement volume is "WAY TOO LOUD". Please find a way to balance out the volume between the actual program and the ads.
