“I live in a small town in England where as you can imagine there isn’t much in the way of Football. I’ve been following the niners since 2013. The reason I started was the first game I ever watched fully was niners vs jags at Wembley we won but for me it was all about Patrick Willis the energy he brought had me enthralled. A few years later I started working at a gym and it turned out my supervisor was a fan we went from people who couldn’t stand each other to brothers. We watched every game not that it was easy one being from England and two chip Kelly being the coach but I still loved it. Unfortunately he passed away last year so we never got to see a winning season together but I still keep watching now as it helps me feel closer to him.
Can’t recommend the podcast enough as someone who started with no knowledge of the game John had really opened my eyes and is brilliant for interacting and answering questions.”
