“Based on the 3rd Coast Festival win, I started this podcast with high expectations- however unfortunately, it was immature and lacking any legal analysis. With coverage like, “we stood up, the jury left, we sat down” and packed into the ‘seats as close as you would sit with family’ were nonsensical. This could have been outstanding with less about how the reporters were feeling/experiencing and more professional legal analysis. Serial set forth the gold standard and this was no where even close. Back to school, kids, and keep listening to good trial reporting.”
