Hello Divers! On today’s episode I’m joined by Alex Moore. Alex is the founder of Greywhale Capital, a private real estate investment firm in San Francisco. She is a nurse practitioner and graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, and spent 10 years in internal medicine working with patients of all ages and backgrounds from South Philadelphia to Silicon Valley. She started investing in real estate while working full time and now runs Greywhale Capital. Greywhale acquires tax-advantaged multifamily assets across the US in landlord friendly states and helps accredited investors place capital in those assets. Alex’s reason for building and growing her business is one hundred percent for her family and to help others meet their investment goals so they are able to spend more time with their loved ones.
