“I really liked the show, especially the bits about how the Apple Watch has changed the hosts fitness and suggests like mental health tracking. As somebody who struggles with I.B.S the Apple Watch has helped me to get a handle on my condition and live a better life that my stomach problems isn’t controlling my day, where I go, and what I strive to do anymore. It was really awful in high school and college. Talking to my doctor and using the watch as a tool to help myself has really changed my life. I’m looking forward to future episodes and I do really dig the album artwork for the show, it’s really well done.”
