The way she relfects, prepares these episodes, does her research and gives the best examples is just phenomenal.🤩 I truly feel like the episodes are super packed with knowledge and it’s not just like other wellness podcasts where people ramble on and tell you to go for your hgw and to journal. She does give ACTUAL tips, I love!! Also Fern speaks so motivational and hyped you up, just listening to this you will want to change your life and yourself for the better.
