Lacking
This series lacks the meat and potatoes of what crypto truly is. I kept waiting for a deeper explanation of what went wrong here, but it never came. The CBC team has brushed over important concepts within crypto that can’t be ignored without jeopardizing a thorough understanding of what has transpired. Cryptocurrency is such an important, albeit contentious, part of our changing financial world. I’m not sure if there will be another episode to come that will explain the inner workings of the faults that Cotten did, but at this point, what transpired doesn’t seem nearly as bad as what the banks deliberately did to the citizens of the US in 2008 without consequence. The podcast also seems to refer to Bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general as a fad from 2013 to 2019, but we see amazing things happening in with it in 2021 (see: Safemoon). I would really like to see the CBC team approach the investigation from both sides.

This podcast is exactly the same topic as exit scam?? Did you not do your research to see if the subject matter was already taken?

This is not my normal type of podcast, I discovered it due to it being on the Uncover feed. It was a little repetitive at times, but I enjoyed it. It really left me hanging, here’s hoping there is an update at a later date.
