Usha Reddi serves as the city commissioner for Manhattan, Kansas. She just completed her second term as mayor from Manhattan, Kansas and was elected in 2013, and then again for a second term in 2017. She recently announced she will again put her 'hat in the ring' for a third term as mayor of Manhattan, Kansas. Usha is the first Indian-American to serve as a mayor in Kansas. She's also the first immigrant and first woman of color to serve on the Manhattan City Commission. Usha is also a National Committee Member of the Democratic National Committee and Kansas DNC.
