This is an apology for there not being a main episode this week. I've been ill most of the week, with an immune system flare-up presumably caused by my covid vaccine booster last week. I've been trying to get the podcast done, and did get a Patreon episode up on Wednesday, on "Sweet Soul Music" by Arthur Conley, but I have only now managed to finish recording this week's episode because of throat problems, and it's going to take a couple of days to get it edited. So I'm restarting the regular Monday posting on Monday. with episode 155, and episode 156 should be up a week after that.
