I wanted to share with you a simple morning exercise that I incorporate into my life so that I DON’T become stressed, overwhelmed and left feeling pretty crappy.
If we just wake up and let the day and life determine how we feel...we’re going to be fighting a losing battle. We actually have the power to control our mind and the way that we feel.
When we do that we completely shift not only our vibration...but also our whole attitude and how we go about our day. In other words our behavior and actions.
This is how we change how we experience our life and become more aligned.
